The Mark of the Beast: More Than a Technology—A Declaration of Allegiance

Part 4

Part 4 explains how you must be born again to enter the Kingdom of God

The Gospel of God’s Grace

Born Again: From the Kingdom of Darkness into the Kingdom of God

Every person who has ever been born entered this world physically alive but spiritually separated from God.

The Bible teaches that when Adam sinned, sin entered the human race, and death spread to all mankind (Romans 5:12). Because we are descendants of Adam, we are all born with a sinful nature. We are not born into God's Kingdom—we are born into the kingdom of darkness, separated from God and unable to save ourselves.

Every person who has ever been born entered this world physically alive but spiritually separated from God.

The Bible teaches that when Adam sinned, sin entered the human race, and death spread to all mankind (Romans 5:12). Because we are descendants of Adam, we are all born with a sinful nature. We are not born into God’s Kingdom—we are born into the kingdom of darkness, separated from God and unable to save ourselves.

That is why Jesus said:

“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God… unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” (John 3:3, 5)

Being born again is not about becoming more religious. It is not joining a church, being baptized, trying to live a better life, or doing good works.

It is a miracle that God performs the moment a sinner believes the gospel of Jesus Christ.

God loves you so much that He sent His only begotten Son into the world to save you.

Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who became a man. He lived the perfect, sinless life that none of us could live. He willingly went to the cross and took upon Himself the punishment that we deserved. He shed His blood to pay for all our sins, was buried, and on the third day He rose bodily from the dead, proving that the payment for sin had been accepted and that death had been conquered forever.

The Bible summarises the gospel like this:

"Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and... He was buried, and... He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures." (1 Corinthians 15:3–4)

“Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and… He was buried, and… He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.” (1 Corinthians 15:3–4)

Salvation is God’s free gift. It cannot be earned by keeping the Law, doing good works, attending church, or trying to become a better person.

The Bible declares:

"For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast." (Ephesians 2:8–9)

“For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.” (Ephesians 2:8–9)

The moment you place your trust in Jesus Christ alone as your Saviour, God does what you could never do for yourself.

  • He forgives all your sins.
  • He declares you righteous through the righteousness of Christ.
  • He gives you eternal life.
  • He causes you to be born again.
  • He adopts you into His family.
  • He transfers you out of the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of His beloved Son.
  • He seals you with the Holy Spirit of promise until the day of redemption.
  • He writes your name in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

From that moment on, you belong to Jesus Christ forever.

One day, every person will belong to one of two kingdoms. Those who reject Christ will remain in the kingdom of darkness. Those who trust in Christ will live forever in the Kingdom of God.

  • The choice is yours.
  • Will you remain separated from God, or will you be reconciled to Him?
  • Will you remain in the kingdom of darkness, or will you enter the Kingdom of God?
  • Will you reject Christ, or will you receive Him as your Lord and Saviour?

An Invitation to Be Born Again

If you recognize that you are a sinner who cannot save yourself and you believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins, was buried, and rose again, then place your trust in Him alone right now.

If you recognize that you are a sinner who cannot save yourself and you believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins, was buried, and rose again, then place your trust in Him alone right now.

Turn away from every hope of earning salvation by your own goodness, religion, or works, and rely completely on the finished work of Jesus Christ.

The Bible promises:

“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved.” (Acts 16:31)

And Jesus said:

“The one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out.” (John 6:37)

If you believe the gospel today, God will save you by His grace, cause you to be born again, transfer you into His everlasting Kingdom, and give you the assurance of eternal life.

Don’t put off the greatest decision you will ever make.

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ today and receive God’s free gift of eternal life.
