The Roman Catholic Church Is Not — and Never Has Been — a Bible-Believing Christian Church

The Greatest Historical Fraud in History

The Roman Catholic Church (RCC) claims to be the one true Church founded by Jesus Christ on Peter in AD 33 — unchanged ever since.
That is a deliberate, centuries-long lie — the greatest historical fraud ever perpetrated.
The RCC is not, and never has been, a Bible-believing Christian church. It is a separate religious institution that arose centuries later, rewrote history, and murdered millions who dared to hold to the Apostles’ gospel.

The Fraudulent Claim of Unbroken Continuity

Rome erased, forged, and suppressed evidence to hide the truth:

  • The Donation of Constantine (8th-century forgery) was used for centuries as “proof” of papal supremacy.
  • Libraries of Bible-believing Christians were burned.
  • Early records showing no Roman primacy were ignored or destroyed.

The Blood Evidence: The Inquisitions and the Murder of Millions

Jesus commanded, “Love your enemies… bless those who curse you” (Matt 5:44; Luke 6:27–28).
The Roman Catholic Church did the opposite.

Jesus commanded, “Love your enemies… bless those who curse you” (Matt 5:44; Luke 6:27–28).
The Roman Catholic Church did the opposite.

From the 12th to the 19th century, Rome’s official Inquisitions systematically hunted, tortured, and murdered millions who rejected papal authority and clung to the Apostles’ gospel:

  • The Medieval Inquisition (1184 onward) targeted Waldensians, Albigensians, and others who read the Bible in their own language and rejected transubstantiation, purgatory, and the Mass.
  • The Spanish Inquisition (1478–1834) tortured and executed tens of thousands — many burned alive.
  • The Roman Inquisition condemned Galileo and murdered countless others.
  • Historians (Catholic and secular) estimate 50–100 million deaths over the centuries at the hands of papal forces and inquisitors.

They did not simply kill. They:

  • Used torture devices (rack, iron maiden, water torture, burning at the stake) to force recantation of the Apostles’ gospel.
  • When men and women still refused to deny “justification by faith alone” or “Scripture alone,” they were handed over to the secular arm to be burned alive — often with papal blessing.
This is the fruit of the Roman Catholic system.
A true Bible-believing Christian church does not torture and murder those who disagree — it loves, persuades, and preaches.

Rome’s rivers of blood prove beyond doubt that it is not, and never has been, the church of Jesus Christ.

The Roman Catholic Jesus vs. the Jesus of the Bible

The Roman Catholic JesusThe Jesus of the Bible
Did He finish the work?No — must be re-presented daily and supplemented by works, Masses, purgatory.Yes — “It is finished!” Paid in full once for all (John 19:30; Heb 10:10–14).
Is He alive or dead?A dead victim perpetually hanging on crucifixes and re-crucified in every Mass.A risen, living Lord who “sat down” because the work was done (Heb 1:3; Rom 6:9).
Is He re-sacrificed?Yes — in every Mass (Catechism 1367).No — “Christ… will never die again” (Rom 6:9–10).

Rome worships a dead Christ. The apostles worshipped a risen, triumphant King.

The Apostles’ Gospel — the Only Message That Saves

You were born guilty in Adam.

The real Jesus paid it all and shouted, “It is finished!”

God raised Him from the dead on the third day.

He poured out the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.
  • You were born guilty in Adam.
  • The real Jesus paid it all and shouted, “It is finished!”
  • God raised Him from the dead on the third day.
  • He poured out the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.

Romans 10:9–10 — Confess Jesus as Lord and believe God raised Him → you are saved forever.

A Direct Challenge to Every Roman Catholic

You have been sold a lie: that Rome is the original church.
It is a counterfeit built on forgery, torture, and murder.

Choose today:

  1. Keep trusting the Roman Catholic system — its dead Christ, its works-gospel, its history of blood — and be lost forever in hell.

OR

  1. Repent.
→ Reject the greatest historical fraud ever perpetrated.
→ Turn to the risen Jesus of Scripture who finished the work.
→ Confess Him as Lord and believe God raised Him from the dead.
→ Receive the free gift of eternal life and live forever with the triumphant Savior.

“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved” (Acts 16:31).
Your eternal soul depends on it.

Here is a biblical warning written firmly but respectfully, addressing anyone—Catholic or otherwise—who believes salvation is by grace plus works, and urging them to turn to the apostolic gospel:

A Biblical Warning: Do Not Be Deceived—Only the Apostles’ Gospel Saves

Beloved, Scripture gives solemn warnings to all who would place their confidence in grace plus works as the means of salvation. This is not merely a denominational disagreement—it is a matter of eternal life or eternal judgment.

Beloved, Scripture gives solemn warnings to all who would place their confidence in grace plus works as the means of salvation. This is not merely a denominational disagreement—it is a matter of eternal life or eternal judgment.

1. The Apostles Declared One Gospel—Adding Works Destroys It

The Holy Spirit speaks with unmistakable clarity:

“If righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly.”
Galatians 2:21

If your hope for eternal life includes anything you have done—baptism, sacraments, rituals, charity, penance, perseverance, or personal merit—then your hope is not in Christ alone. Scripture warns that trusting in both Christ and your works is to reject the sufficiency of His cross.

2. Salvation Is 100% the Gift of God—Not 1% of Works

“For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.”
Ephesians 2:8–9

The moment you add works, you cancel grace (Romans 11:6). Salvation cannot be both God’s free gift and your achievement.

3. Another Gospel Cannot Save

Paul issued the strongest warning in the New Testament to those who added even religious works to the gospel:

“If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what we preached to you, he is to be accursed.”
Galatians 1:8–9

This warning applies to all systems—Catholic, Protestant, or otherwise—that teach salvation is started by grace but completed or maintained by human effort.

4. Christ Alone Is Sufficient—Nothing Else Can Save

“He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy.”
Titus 3:5

The apostles preached a salvation that rests fully on:

Anything that adds human effort to this foundation is called “another gospel” and cannot save.

5. Turn to the True Gospel While There Is Time

  • Religious devotion cannot save you.
  • The Church cannot save you.
  • Sacraments cannot save you.
  • Your obedience cannot save you.

Only Jesus Christ, received through faith alone, can save your soul.

“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved.”
Acts 16:31

Turn from every counterfeit hope. Reject every system that mixes grace with works. Come to Christ in simple, repentant faith, trusting His finished work alone—and you will receive the eternal life He freely gives to all who believe.
